IB Profit System | Automated Gold Trading & IB Commission Sharing

1. Introduction to the IB Profit System

SONY Net Business presents the IB Profit System, an automated trading service designed to trade Gold (XAUUSD) on eligible Exclusive Markets Standard accounts and generate trading activity that may qualify for Introducing Broker (IB) commissions.

The service combines algorithmic trading, trading-volume monitoring, commission verification, and a structured monthly commission-sharing arrangement.

Our objective is to operate the trading strategy according to its predefined rules and calculate the service fee or client payout using the actual eligible IB commission recorded by the broker.

Important: This is an automated trading service, not an Expert Advisor (EA) or algorithm offered for sale. Clients receive access to the service under the agreed operating conditions and terms.

2. Required Broker & Trading Account Specifications

To participate in the IB Profit System, clients must meet the following requirements:

Requirement Specification
Required Broker Exclusive Markets
Required Account Type Standard Account
Minimum Initial Deposit USD 100,000
Required Leverage 1:500
Supported Trading Instrument XAUUSD (Gold)

Account Eligibility Requirements

  • The service currently supports eligible Exclusive Markets Standard accounts only.
  • The minimum initial deposit is $100,000 per participating account.
  • The account must have 1:500 leverage available, subject to the broker's approval and applicable account conditions.
  • The algorithm is configured to trade XAUUSD (Gold) under the current service setup.
  • Clients must confirm account eligibility and broker requirements before onboarding.
  • Any future broker or account-type expansion will be considered only after appropriate testing and review.

Meeting these requirements does not guarantee profits, trading volume, or IB commission.

3. Demo Performance Verification Center

We believe that clients should be able to review the available trading records before deciding whether to use the service.

The IB Profit System is currently being forward-tested on an Exclusive Markets Standard Demo Account with an initial demo balance of $100,000.

This is a demo account used for strategy observation and testing. Its results must not be interpreted as live-account performance or a guarantee of future results.

4. How the Algorithm Works

The IB Profit System uses an automated trading strategy for XAUUSD (Gold).

The algorithm operates according to its programmed strategy conditions and prevailing market conditions. It does not need to open a trade at every moment, and trading frequency may vary.

Core Strategy Principles

  • Automated Gold trading based on predefined strategy conditions.
  • Normally, one trade is managed at a time.
  • A new trade is generally considered after the previous trade has closed and the strategy conditions permit it.
  • Trades are configured with Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP) parameters.
  • The system does not use grid recovery, averaging down, or position stacking as part of its stated strategy design.
  • Position sizing and risk parameters must be configured for the participating account.
  • Trading activity, holding duration, and monthly volume may vary according to market conditions and execution.

The strategy is designed to follow its programmed rules. It cannot eliminate trading risk or guarantee a particular outcome.

5. Trade Duration & IB Commission Eligibility

IB commission eligibility depends on the broker's applicable commission rules. Not every executed trade is guaranteed to generate IB commission.

The algorithm's current forward-testing configuration is designed to manage trades with a normal holding duration of more than three minutes before closing. However, occasional trades may close sooner due to strategy conditions, execution circumstances, or other factors.

Such trades may fail to qualify for IB commission if they do not satisfy the broker's applicable eligibility requirements.

Monthly Eligibility Review

At the end of each calendar month:

  • Trading activity and available broker commission records will be reviewed.
  • Trades that do not meet the broker's eligibility conditions will be excluded from the commission-sharing calculation.
  • Any rejected, reversed, adjusted, or otherwise ineligible commission will be excluded or reconciled as appropriate.
  • The final sharing calculation will use the actual eligible commission confirmed by the broker's official records.

For example, if 100 trades are executed but one or two do not qualify for commission, those trades will not automatically be counted as commission-generating trades. The final amount will depend on the commission actually credited and confirmed by the broker.

Important: The three-minute duration is a description of the strategy's intended trade management, not a guarantee that every trade will qualify. Any minimum holding-time requirement must be confirmed against Exclusive Markets' current official IB rules.

6. Indicative Monthly Trading Volume

The strategy's indicative target is approximately 300 - 1000 Gold lots per month, depending on market conditions, strategy opportunities, account settings, and execution.

This is a target for planning purposes only, not a guaranteed minimum or promised result.

  • Actual monthly volume may be lower or higher.
  • Some trades may not qualify for IB commission.
  • Trading risk will not be increased solely to reach a target volume.
  • Eligible IB commission is determined by broker records, not by estimated volume alone.

Trading volume and commission earnings are separate from trading profit or loss. Neither is guaranteed.

7. Two IB Commission-Sharing Options

Clients can choose between the following arrangements, subject to broker eligibility and the agreed service terms.

Option 1: Client Uses Their Own IB

Under this arrangement, the client opens an eligible Exclusive Markets Standard account through their own IB arrangement.

How it works

  1. The client opens an eligible Exclusive Markets Standard account through their own IB.
  2. The client funds the account with the agreed initial balance of at least $100,000.
  3. The client contacts SONY Net Business and reviews the service terms and Rules & Regulations.
  4. After onboarding and account configuration, SONY Net Business operates the algorithm on the client's account.
  5. At month-end, the eligible IB commission is reviewed using the relevant broker records.
  6. Where the client's IB arrangement actually credits eligible commission to the client, the client retains 70% and pays SONY Net Business the agreed 30% service fee.

The client's ability to receive commission directly depends on their actual IB arrangement and the broker's rules. Commission must not be assumed to belong to the trading account holder automatically.

Commission Split

  • Client: 70% of eligible IB commission
  • SONY Net Business: 30% service fee

Example A - $15 per Eligible Lot

If the applicable confirmed IB rate is $15 per eligible Gold lot and 100 lots qualify:

  • Eligible IB commission: 100 × $15 = $1,500
  • SONY Net Business service fee (30%): $450
  • Client's remaining share (70%): $1,050

Example B - $13 per Eligible Lot

If the applicable confirmed IB rate is $13 per eligible Gold lot and 100 lots qualify:

  • Eligible IB commission: 100 × $13 = $1,300
  • SONY Net Business service fee (30%): $390
  • Client's remaining share (70%): $910

These examples assume all 100 lots qualify and the stated rate is confirmed. Actual settlement may differ.

Option 2: Client Opens Through the SONY Net Business IB Referral

Under this arrangement, the client opens an eligible Exclusive Markets Standard account through the official SONY Net Business IB referral link.

How it works

  1. The client opens the account using the official SONY Net Business IB referral link.

  2. The client funds the account with the agreed initial balance of at least $100,000.

  3. The client reviews and accepts the service terms and commission-sharing arrangement.

  4. SONY Net Business configures and operates the algorithm on the participating account.

  5. Eligible IB commission attributable to the client's trading activity is recorded under the SONY Net Business IB arrangement, subject to the broker's rules.

  6. After month-end reconciliation, SONY Net Business pays the client 70% of the eligible commission attributable to the client's account and retains 30%.

This arrangement is subject to the broker's applicable IB program rules, commission attribution, payment conditions, and any required permissions.

Commission Split

  • Client: 70% of eligible IB commission
  • SONY Net Business: 30% of eligible IB commission

Example - $1,000 Eligible Commission

  • Total eligible IB commission: $1,000
  • Client's 70% share: $700
  • SONY Net Business's 30% share: $300

The amount payable will be based on the actual eligible commission attributable to the client, not a projected commission figure.

8. IB Commission Levels & Per-Lot Rates

Exclusive Markets may apply different IB commission levels, such as Silver, Gold, and Diamond, with different rates and conditions.

The following are illustrative rates provided by SONY Net Business and must be confirmed against current official broker records:

IB Level Indicative Gold (XAUUSD) Rate
Silver - current stated level $13 per eligible lot
Gold - expected after upgrade $15 per eligible lot
Diamond - expected after upgrade $18 per eligible lot

These figures are not a guarantee of current or future broker payments. Actual rates may vary according to the broker's current schedule, IB level, instrument, account eligibility, commission rules, and effective date.

How the IB Level Affects Sharing

If the client uses their own IB : The 30% service fee is calculated on the eligible commission actually attributable to the client under their own IB arrangement. For example, if the client's confirmed IB rate is $15 per eligible lot and 100 lots qualify, the illustrative total commission would be $1,500, of which $450 is the 30% service fee and $1,050 is the client's 70% share.

If the client uses the SONY Net Business IB referral : The client receives 70% of the eligible commission actually attributed to that client's trading activity under the SONY Net Business IB arrangement. For example, if the confirmed rate is $13 per eligible lot and 100 lots qualify, the illustrative total would be $1,300, of which $910 is the client's share and $390 is retained by SONY Net Business.

Commission Verification

SONY Net Business may provide relevant screenshots, videos, or records from its IB dashboard to help explain the applicable rate and commission calculation.

However, final settlement will be reconciled against the broker's official commission records, including any adjustments, reversals, or excluded trades. Screenshots or videos are supporting evidence and do not override official broker records.

9. Monthly Commission Settlement

Commission sharing is calculated at the end of each calendar month.

The settlement process includes:

  1. Reviewing the relevant account's trading activity.
  2. Checking which trades and lots qualify under the applicable IB rules.
  3. Reconciling eligible commission with official broker records.
  4. Excluding ineligible, reversed, rejected, or adjusted commission as appropriate.
  5. Applying the agreed 70%/30% split.
  6. Completing the payment or service-fee settlement under the selected option.

The settlement is based on actual eligible IB commission, not total lots traded, estimated commission, account balance, or trading profit.

Any broker-related delays, payment adjustments, or disputed commission entries may require additional reconciliation before final settlement.

IB commission settlement is separate from deposits and withdrawals from the client's trading account. It does not authorize additional funding changes while the service is active.

10. Account Balance & Risk Management

The required minimum initial deposit is $100,000. The actual balance and equity may fluctuate as a result of trading.

The algorithm is operated according to its configured trading and risk parameters. Stop Loss and Take Profit settings are part of the strategy's trade management, but they cannot eliminate all market or execution risks.

Potential risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Market volatility and sudden price movements.
  • Slippage and execution differences.
  • Spread changes and trading costs.
  • Platform, connectivity, or broker interruptions.
  • Losses that may reduce account equity.
  • Changes to broker rules, leverage, or account conditions.

No profit, fixed return, fixed monthly commission, or capital-preservation guarantee is provided. A $100,000 initial deposit does not mean that the account balance will remain at $100,000.

11. Fixed Funding Policy : No Deposits or Withdrawals During Active Service

To maintain consistent account settings and follow the agreed service arrangement, the following policy applies while the IB Profit System is active.

Additional deposits and withdrawals from the participating trading account are not permitted during active service.

This policy applies irrespective of whether the account is profitable, losing, or showing an increase in equity.

During the active service period:

  • Clients must not add funds to the trading account.
  • Clients must not withdraw the original capital.
  • Clients must not withdraw trading profits from the participating account.
  • Clients must not add funds to compensate for trading losses.
  • Any required change must first be discussed with SONY Net Business and handled under the agreed suspension or termination process.

Monthly IB commission sharing is handled separately and is not considered a withdrawal from the trading account.

Unauthorized funding changes may result in a review or suspension of the service until the account situation has been assessed.

This policy is an operating condition, not a guarantee against losses or a promise that the account balance will remain unchanged.

12. Monitoring & Reporting

Clients should review available account and commission information through the agreed reporting process.

Depending on availability and the selected arrangement, reporting may include:

  • MetaTrader account history and trading activity.
  • Myfxbook or another compatible reporting tool.
  • Official broker IB commission records.
  • Month-end commission reconciliation.
  • Relevant commission-rate evidence from the broker's IB dashboard.

Reporting tools may show trading activity or estimated performance, but they do not independently establish the final payable IB commission. Official broker commission records take precedence for settlement.

13. Account Access & Security

To operate the algorithm on a participating account, the required trading access and server details must be provided through an agreed secure method.

Clients should:

  • Confirm that they are authorized to provide the required account access.
  • Share only the access needed to operate the service.
  • Never share withdrawal, payment, email, or unrelated account credentials.
  • Never publish trading passwords or account access details on a public website.
  • Change or revoke access when appropriate after the service has been formally terminated, in coordination with the agreed shutdown process.

For the public demo verification section, use investor/read-only credentials only. These are different from the trading access required to operate an active client account.

The client should also confirm that the broker's terms permit the intended account access and trading arrangement.

  • Settling any outstanding service fee or client commission share.
  • Confirming when the service has formally ended.

Clients should not make unauthorized deposits or withdrawals while the service is still active. After formal termination and algorithm deactivation, clients may manage their account subject to the broker's own rules and any outstanding obligations.

Termination does not guarantee that open trades will close without loss, that all commission will be paid immediately, or that the trading account will retain its initial balance.

17. Risk Disclosure

Trading Gold (XAUUSD) through leveraged instruments involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for every investor. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses. Market gaps, volatility, slippage, spreads, execution delays, and broker conditions can affect results.

The IB Profit System is an automated trading service, not a deposit product or guaranteed-income plan. SONY Net Business does not guarantee trading profits, a particular return, a fixed monthly IB commission, a minimum number of eligible lots, or the preservation of invested capital.

IB commission is dependent on eligible trading activity, the broker's applicable IB program, commission attribution, and actual payments recorded by the broker. Commission-sharing examples are illustrative and are not promises of earnings.

Clients should understand the risks, confirm that the account and commission arrangement comply with broker terms and applicable requirements, and seek independent professional advice where necessary before participating.
